What is the ExxonMobil Service Award Web Site?
ExxonMobil's Service Award Program is now on the Internet. This was developed in a partnership between CFJ Manufacturing and ExxonMobil.
The Service Award Web Site communicates ExxonMobil's appreciation for our employees' dedication and service and lets employees know what service award options are available to them.
How Do I Use the ExxonMobil Service Award Web Site?
After you've read the welcome letter, you can click on the Award Year Level that applies to you on the Navigation Bar.
Once you're on the year level page you want, you can see more awards by scrolling down. Also, you can click on any award to see a larger image of the award, read a detailed description, and access ordering information. You will need to refer to your congratulations letter and access code to place your order.
What Selections am I Able to Choose From?
You may choose any award from your appropriate year level or below.
How Do I Order My Service Award?
Click on the Award Year Level Button on the Navigation Bar. Browse through the awards. If you click on any of the photos of the awards, you will see details about the award. Once you've chosen the award you want, go to the awards detail page and click on the order button. Follow the online ordering instructions. You will need to refer to your congratulations letter and access code to place your order.
How Will I Receive the Award I've Selected?
After you've placed your order through Online Ordering or by calling the Awards Administration Center, your gift will be shipped to your supervisor within 6-8 weeks (this includes Expatriates). If the gift item is large, it will be shipped to the home address. Monterey Coal and Chemical Films gifts will be shipped directly to the home address. After receiving your congratulatory letter, you should order your award as soon as possible so you will receive your award by your anniversary date.
What Do I Do if There is a Problem with My Service Award?
A damaged or broken service award should be returned directly to CFJ Manufacturing at 5001 North Freeway, Suite E Fort Worth, Texas 76106. A toll-free number is provided with all awards. Returned awards should include a note outlining the specifics of the problem and where the replacement should be mailed. If you have a copy of the packing slip, make a copy and include your information. Allow up to three weeks for the repaired item to be sent back to you.
Can I Replace My Award if it is Lost or Stolen?
Your award can be replaced upon written approval by your manager. Requests should be sent to ExxonMobil's Human Resources. The employee will be responsible for the cost of the replacement plus the shipping charges.
